Delivery of your products is to your door by way of tracked Courier (NZ Couriers) or by normal post depending on the size of the parcel or location within New Zealand.
Supreme Possum Merino will appear on your parcel as the sender. As we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once the parcel has reached its destination, please ensure that the delivery is to a secure address.
A signature on delivery may or may not be required depending on the product.

All orders to Australia and the South Pacific are sent by International Airmail or International Air Parcel. Airmail parcel rate Australia and South Pacific, including postage and handling, NZ$15.00.

All orders to the Rest of the World are sent by International Airmail or International Air Parcel. Airmail parcel rate Rest of the World, including postage and handling, NZ$25.00.
Delivery time is usually 4 – 12 working days from posting, depending on the shipping method and destination.

In the case of non-delivery please contact us by email within 24 days of the shipping date specified in our Shipping Confirmation email. We will replace or refund based on the result of NZ Post's investigations. We regret we are unable to refund, replace, or investigate any missing orders after this period as it is outside NZ Post's claim time-frame.
NB: Import duties vary from country to country and according to product, weight and value. Before placing an order with Supreme Possum Merino it is your responsibility as purchaser to check your country's customs and import duty regulations. On arrival of your order you will need to pay any applicable duties should they be asked for.
Supreme Possum Merino standard International delivery is by way of New Zealand Post International Air and is usually a 3-10 day service. Supreme Possum Merino will appear on your parcel as the sender.
We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage once the parcel has reached its destination, please ensure that the delivery is to a secure address. Your order will be untracked with no signature on delivery.
All payments from outside New Zealand must be by Visa or Mastercard only and you must select the Payment by Credit Card option at the checkout. The Bank Deposit option is only for New Zealand residents, or those with a New Zealand bank account.
For a full refund, you must return any product you bought from us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
If the return is a result of our error, we'll pay the return shipping cost. We'll notify you by way of e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase and within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
